Christine Blanco Owens
For over 15 years, Christine has been providing strategy insights and communications expertise to CXO-level executives. Prior to founding Amplify Communications LLC in early 2003, Christine's corporate experience spanned corporate communications; coalition and alliance formation; strategic marketing; Web site management; employee communications; government relations; community relations; technical project management and non-profit management.
Christine's breadth of experience underlies the five service areas provided by Amplify Communications LLC: Customer Connection; Employee Engagement; Government Visibility; Marketplace Credibility and Project Success. In fulfilling these business goals for clients, Christine helps them to define core messages, develop communications and web strategies and manage public affairs and marketing programs. Christine also serves as a facilitator, trainer and speaker at meetings and events for audiences large and small.
Over her career, she has worked primarily with technology-oriented companies and not-for-profit organizations, including: the American Committee for Interoperable Systems; the Computer Systems Policy Project; the Council for Research and Technology; Digital Equipment; the Digital Future Coalition; Hewlett-Packard; InscriptiFact; Revity; SkyeTek; StorageTek; Sundyne; Sun Microsystems; and, Webroot Software.
Christine received both her graduate and undergraduate degrees from The George Washington University.
