Carol Anderson

Carol Anderson has provided strategic and tactical assistance to companies - ranging in size from startups to Fortune 1000 - for more than 17 years to help them achieve improvement and growth objectives.

  • To support change management and the success of projects and programs, Carol applies expertise in project management and multi-channel communication planning and execution for employees, customers and partners.
  • To support marketing and integrated selling, Carol conducts assessments and research and develops messaging and positioning. Outreach to internal and external audiences can take the form of product launches, marketing communications and cross-functional communications.
  • To accelerate sales and simplify sales transitions, Carol identifies cross-functional tactics to help achieve goals and enhance customer experience. Focus areas include incremental sales, new hire readiness, sales tools, sales training, and channel enablement.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Carol held positions in sales, marketing, training and management with small companies, including a packaging design agency and a start-up IBM dealer, and with large corporations including ADP and Xerox. For ADP, she conducted software training classes. For Xerox, Carol sold printing and graphics solutions and started a career thread in visual media.

Carol has worked extensively with companies involved in information storage and storage management, printing, RFID, email and Web security, global IT services and real estate. An award-winning writer, Carol holds a B.A. in English and an M.B.A.
